Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Comfort Specialist to join our team at Superior Comfort. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with essential HVAC services that enhance their comfort and satisfaction.

About Us:

Superior Comfort specializes in setting appointments for free estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems, along with scheduling seasonal tune-up maintenance appointments. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and fostering meaningful interactions with customers.

Mission of the Role:

As a Home Comfort Specialist, your mission is to engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, ensuring they understand the value of our services. You will be responsible for conducting lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients, as well as promoting free estimates for HVAC system replacements and seasonal maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients.
  • Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via the provided app.
  • Promote free estimates for HVAC system replacements and seasonal maintenance services.
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of services provided.
  • Collaborate with local retail team members to boost internal lead generation efforts.
  • Communicate with customers professionally, understanding their needs, presenting services, and arranging consultations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Availability and Work Schedule:

  • Typically scheduled for 4-6 hour shifts; Part and Full-time available; Weekend work required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling Sunday through Friday based on company needs and store traffic.
  • Occasional work on major retail holidays and during holiday shopping seasons.
  • Scheduled hours may vary weekly based on seasonal business fluctuations.

Work Locations:

  • Majority of work in selected "Big Box" retail locations.
  • Locations assigned within a reasonable distance from your home.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, cold calling, or retail is advantageous.
  • Training provided; previous retail experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Up to $30 per hour: guaranteed $20 per hour plus generous commissions and bonuses.
