Job Title: Kitchen Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Designer to join our team at Arnold Lumber Company. As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales team to build relationships with contractors, architects, and retail clients. Your primary goal will be to manage the entire design process from initial layout to final order, ensuring that all aspects of kitchen and bath designs meet client expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the design process from initial concept to final order placement
* Conduct preliminary on-site visits to confirm accurate project measurements and create working designs
* Provide clients with detailed product information, pricing, specifications, installation guidelines, care, and warranty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues promptly and satisfactorily
* Stay updated on product offerings and technology to represent the brand accurately and confidently
* Use showroom reference materials and internet tools to provide solutions and recommendations to clients

Requirements:

* Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 and AutoCAD
* Solid knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Exceptional communication and listening skills
* Ability to effectively resolve problems from design to installation
* Skills to deliver the best customer experience
