At Freedom, we're seeking a skilled Print and Mail Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for calculating the total cost to complete Direct Mail projects for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on carefully reviewing job specifications provided by our clients and preparing accurate price estimates for each printing and mailing project. You'll need to understand what the client wants and design/quote a product that closely meets their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing job specifications and preparing accurate price estimates
  • Designing and quoting products that meet client needs
  • Becoming familiar with production methods and equipment capabilities
  • Utilizing MS Excel and Freedom's estimating system to provide clients with pricing
  • Working with outside vendors to establish pricing for complementary services
  • Collaborating with sales, services, and vendor partners

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within an ERP system
  • Project engineering skills
  • Strong math skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Able to lead pricing projects and propose process improvements

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in printing, mailing, or adjacent industries
