Job Description:

The Corporate Financial Strategist will be responsible for providing financial analysis and decision-making insights to support the Healthcare division's business objectives. The role will involve working closely with the Corporate Accounts and Field Sales teams to drive margin enhancement and provide financial support in areas such as deal analysis, contract negotiations, and cash flow analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability. They will be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive margin enhancement by analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Provide financial support to the Corporate Accounts and Field Sales teams, including deal analysis, contract negotiations, and cash flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A, Marketing, and RD&E teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage and improve processes to ensure proper controls and audit requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement project management plans to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7 years of financial analysis experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Hyperion.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
