Job Description:

As a Relationship Banker, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with tailored financial advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with relevant solutions and products.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensure that clients have a positive experience in our financial centers.
  • Build relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth in our financial centers.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or business-related associate degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and services.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
