Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at PNC. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet
  • Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
