Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical record systems, with the ability to learn new software and technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • BLS certification preferred, with a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.
  • Familiarity with or ability to understand insurance summary data, with a strong understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement.
