Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
- Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of the product
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
- Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
- Superior customer service standards
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
