Phlebotomist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in determining the suitability of donors for plasma donation
  • Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality
  • Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
  • Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health and safety of donors and the quality of the product
  • Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
Requirements:
  • Superior customer service standards
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
