Shift/Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in patient care. As a skilled phlebotomist, you will draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Draw blood samples from patients with skill, safety, and accuracy
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while maintaining a safe and professional environment
- Verify patient demographic information and initials to ensure accurate labeling
- Maintain required records and documentation
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Flexible and available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment
- Medical training or certification
- Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment
- Keyboard/data entry experience
