Position Overview:

As an Automotive Technician at Campus Automotive, you will have access to the resources and support necessary for your professional growth and development.
Our dealership focuses on more than just sales; we are dedicated to your success and invested in your future. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on both customer and dealership vehicles.
You will be at the forefront of advanced automotive diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing Repair Orders as assigned.
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
  • Providing estimates for labor, time, and parts for repair services.
  • Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
  • Performing Quality Control checks on repaired vehicles to ensure all repairs are completed satisfactorily.
  • Completing necessary paperwork and documentation for repair services.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while accounting for dealership and personal tools.
  • Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel.
  • Engaging in ongoing proprietary training and educational programs to enhance skills and expertise in leading automotive technologies and processes.
  • Exhibiting behaviors that reflect the values of the organization in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in an independent repair shop is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All candidates must perform their duties safely.
  • All candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle records, drug tests, credit reports, and valid driver licenses.
  • State inspection certification or eligibility for certification is required.
