Position Overview:
As an Automotive Technician at Campus Automotive, you will have access to the resources and support necessary for your professional growth. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for both customer and dealership vehicles, utilizing cutting-edge automotive diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executing Repair Orders as assigned.
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
- Providing estimates for labor, time, and parts for repair services.
- Delivering high-quality and efficient repair services across various automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to center and factory standards.
- Performing Quality Control checks on repaired vehicles to ensure completeness of repairs.
- Completing all necessary documentation for repair services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring accountability for dealership and personal tools.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
- Engaging in ongoing proprietary training to enhance skills and expertise in leading automotive technologies and processes.
- Exhibiting behaviors that reflect the values of Campus Automotive in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience in an independent shop is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All candidates must perform duties safely.
- All candidates must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks, MVR, drug tests, credit reports, and valid driver licenses.
- State inspection certification or eligibility for certification is required.
