Position Overview:
As an Automotive Technician at Campus Automotive, you will have access to the tools, resources, and support necessary for your professional growth. In this role, you will conduct diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for both customer and dealership vehicles, utilizing the latest automotive diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executing Repair Orders as assigned.
- Conducting diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting to identify repair requirements.
- Providing estimates for labor, time, and parts needed for repairs.
- Delivering high-quality repair services across various automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, adhering to industry standards.
- Performing Quality Control checks on repaired vehicles to confirm the completion of repairs.
- Completing all necessary documentation for repair services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while managing dealership and personal tools.
- Communicating effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
- Engaging in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and expertise in advanced automotive technologies.
- Exhibiting behaviors that align with the values of Campus Automotive in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in an independent automotive shop is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the USA is required.
- Ability to perform all duties safely and responsibly.
- Capability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
- State inspection certification or eligibility for certification.
