What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding guest service and build a loyal client base by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Utilize our proprietary Personal Sleep Profile to assess guest needs and make informed recommendations, driving sales and achieving goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to guests.
  • Maintain a store environment that reflects our brand values and supports the exceptional experience we deliver to our guests.
  • Engage with our community to raise awareness about the importance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can help.
  • Embark on company initiatives and embody our values in every interaction, with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our team.

What You'll Need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales, service, or customer service experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs and work a variety of schedules, including weekends and key sales events.
