Job Overview
Viking Fence Co. Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales team in maximizing revenue opportunities and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales teams.

Main Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the bid review and proposal process for commercial fence installations, ensuring quality and outstanding customer service. This includes engaging with and facilitating bids with a team of Estimators, Field Superintendents, and Independent Contractor fence installers. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage top 25 account strategy by maintaining contact with key decision makers and participate in face-to-face construction-related networking events to develop relationships with top 25 accounts.

Key Performance Indicators
* Drive growth strategy into adjacent markets
* Execute product and pricing strategies with guidance from General Manager
* Review scope of work on large commercial projects to ensure proposals clearly capture all scope of work

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 5+ years of sales management experience in the construction industry
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue maximization
