Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, your primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing personalized fitness programs for our clients, conducting fitness assessments, developing workout plans, and providing ongoing support and motivation to help our clients achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for marketing and selling personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions, maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide exceptional customer service and promote our services to potential clients. To succeed as a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will need to possess a current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program, as well as experience in client management, group training, and fitness education.
