About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our innovative team at Jobot. This pivotal position involves overseeing the receivables function, ensuring precise recording of all transactions, and delivering financial insights to management. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of invoicing, collections, and financial reconciliations, contributing to the fiscal health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the accounts receivable operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and reconciled effectively.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
  • Conduct regular collection efforts to reduce outstanding receivables and enhance cash flow.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform 3 Way Match for purchase orders, invoices, and received goods to maintain accuracy.
  • Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are correct and current.
  • Collaborate with finance team members and stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable position, ideally within the construction sector.
  • Expertise in invoicing, collections, financial statements, and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
