About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our Machine Learning Platform and Technologies (MLPT) team in AI/ML. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in simplifying and accelerating the adoption of machine learning in Apple products and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams across Apple to deliver ambitious capabilities for executing machine-learned features on Apple hardware.
  • Develop and maintain complex software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences on-device.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools.
  • Engage with business partners to translate needs into technical roadmaps and deliver effective communication and partnership with executive stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in product/project/program development.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Effective and clear communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior PM or engineering experience in Machine Learning training or inference technologies.
  • Experience using objectives and key results to drive product outcomes.
  • Experience building technical communities across organizational boundaries.
