Senior Engineering Program Manager for Machine Learning

About the Role
- Develop and execute project plans that align with Apple's strategic objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop data collection and evaluation solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Work with instrumentation, data science, and data engineering teams to design and implement data collection and evaluation frameworks.
- Partner with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to ensure safe and responsible data collection practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with research teams to stay ahead of the curve in machine learning advancements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in driving large-scale program management for machine learning projects.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent program management skills, including program structuring, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Capability to work across multiple teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment.
