Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct quality audits and lead the corrective action process as needed.
  • Identify and address quality issues and risks proactively.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to the organization on quality-related matters.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science).
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
