Job Title: CSWS Community Development and Housing Assistant

This is a Community Service Work Study student employment position. Applicants must have Federal Work Study funds in their Financial Aid package.

Job Summary:

This Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for scanning documents and organizing electronic files. Additionally, the role will assist with new projects in the housing development program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning documents into electronic files
  • Assisting with new housing projects
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must have Federal Work Study fund in Financial Aid Package
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
  • Positive attitude
Working Conditions:
  • Able to sit for several hours at a time
