Position Overview:
The Lawn Care Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial clients. Utilizing both hand and powered equipment, you will apply specialized products to enhance and maintain the quality of our customers' lawns. Each day presents unique challenges that require your expertise in soil analysis, pest control, and weed management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough soil assessments to determine treatment needs.
  • Implement effective strategies for managing pests, diseases, and weeds.
  • Educate clients on optimal lawn care practices and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Utilize expert knowledge to promote additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide information and resolve any concerns.

Compensation:
Wage Range: $21.00 per hour. Starting wage is based on relevant experience. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded).
  • Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Encouragement of a positive team atmosphere and willingness to assist colleagues.
