This role offers the chance to engage directly with patients, addressing their needs during consultations while also considering the broader social factors that influence health outcomes. Our innovative care model distinguishes us in the field of senior-focused primary care, utilizing a collaborative approach.

A typical day for a Conviva physician includes:
  • Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no weekend shifts, plus 8 paid holidays annually
  • Becoming part of a skilled team with an established patient base
  • Managing 10-12 patients daily, with the opportunity for extended patient interactions
  • Conducting longer appointments (45 minutes each)
  • Focusing entirely on clinical responsibilities related to patient care, including time spent on documentation and meetings pertinent to patient management
Essential Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Current, unrestricted DEA registration
