Position Overview:
The Lawn Care Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing both residential and commercial properties. This position involves the timely and safe application of products to improve lawn health, utilizing both manual and powered equipment. Each day presents unique challenges, requiring specialized skills in soil assessment, pest control, and weed management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough soil analyses to determine treatment needs.
- Manage and mitigate issues related to pests, diseases, and weeds.
- Educate clients on effective lawn care practices and recommend tailored solutions.
- Utilize expertise to promote additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide product and service information and address any concerns.
Compensation:
Wage Range: $21.00 per hour. Starting wage is based on relevant experience. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
