As an HR Operations Specialist, you will deliver crucial administrative and operational support within a warehouse or business unit. Collaborating closely with the Human Resources Business Partner, you will contribute to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires full on-site presence, Monday through Friday.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR programs aligned with business goals.
  • Supporting various HR initiatives, including talent management, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinating engagement and retention initiatives, such as employee surveys and recognition programs.
  • Assisting HR Business Partners with employee relations matters.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Innovating and improving current processes and handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Spanish.
  • Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of employee interactions.
  • A strong focus on customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive issues and a commitment to confidentiality.
