Job Title: HR Associate/Onboarding Specialist

ARC Group is seeking a dedicated HR Associate/Onboarding Specialist for our esteemed client in the hospitality industry located in Miami, FL.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for over 1,200 associates, ensuring the timely completion of all employment documentation, including medical clearances, visas, and background checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team, entertainment operations personnel, and performer administration team members, while also working independently as needed.
  • Manage the organization and collection of pre-employment documents, utilizing company databases and systems to track and process documentation through to final approval.
  • Assemble and verify all new hire documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams, departments, and directly with cast members to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Assist with logistics related to travel and accommodation arrangements for cast and creative team members.
  • Handle inquiries from cast members, providing prompt and effective problem resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to day-to-day operations and specialized projects as assigned by Royal Caribbean Productions management.
  • Participate in team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and small group work sessions, while also maintaining productivity in independent work settings.
  • Offer general administrative assistance as needed to support office operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in onboarding is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Smartsheet, Excel, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant computer systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, coupled with excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working on special projects is highly desirable.
