Technical Support Analyst

Position Title: IT Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Shift: Swing Shift - 2pm to 12am, Sunday through Wednesday (4x10 hours)
Compensation: $36.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
The following tasks represent the core responsibilities associated with this role:
• Engage in a 24/7 operational environment, overseeing daily challenges related to computing systems, networks, applications, critical infrastructure, and information security.
• Conduct initial assessments and escalate issues to appropriate support teams.
• Supply relevant information to support teams as necessary to facilitate issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation of issues within the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensure follow-up on outstanding matters.
• Identify and rectify issues with desktops, laptops, and printers, including connectivity and hardware/software performance concerns, to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Remotely access client PCs to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including patching and system upgrades.
• Configure monitoring tools to deliver performance metrics.
• Organize and manage conference calls and communication bridges during critical incidents and outages.
• Address technical challenges related to computer hardware, software, network devices, and connectivity, encompassing MS Windows desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, and servers.
