Superintendent - Concrete Placing and Finishing

We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent - Concrete Placing and Finishing to join our team at Wayne Brothers Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of concrete placing and finishing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring Safety: Develop and implement safety plans to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Planning: Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan and coordinate concrete placing and finishing activities.
- Mobilizing: Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are delivered to the construction site on time.
- Procuring: Source and procure building materials, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Staffing: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled craft-level workers to complete placing and finishing activities.
- Placing and Finishing: Supervise and coordinate the placement and finishing of concrete, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Cost Control: Monitor and report on material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure budget compliance.
- Production Control: Oversee productivity and quality of workers, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment.
