Randstad Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production employees in assigned Value Streams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with a preference for manufacturing leadership experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing production employees in assigned Value Streams, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance.
  • Overseeing day-to-day production activities within the Value Stream(s) to ensure current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.
  • Partnering with human resources on employee relations to ensure accurate procedures and practices are followed.
  • Driving out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 5+ years manufacturing experience, with a preference for manufacturing leadership experience
  • Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods along with the flexibility and adaptability to accept, support, and deploy new processes in a changing business environment.
  • Skilled at effective communications at both technical and leadership levels.
