Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead production employees in assigned Value Stream, including training, directing, and conducting performance reviews
  • Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made
  • Partner with human resources on employee relations to ensure accurate procedures and practices are followed
  • Drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of Lean methodology
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D

  • Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods
  • Effective communication skills at both technical and leadership levels
