Oversee the technical advancement of the organization's online platforms, which include the primary website and various associated landing and microsites, while contributing to wider digital marketing efforts.

This position acts as the main liaison for the continuous enhancement of the organization's web presence and related sites. It requires direct collaboration with internal stakeholders to pinpoint and execute essential modifications and enhancements. The role leads a development team tasked with carrying out these initiatives, including direct involvement in development activities as necessary.

The team employs CMS and Azure cloud technologies and adheres to an Agile/Scrum framework, consisting of 4 Developers, 1 QA, and 1 Product Owner. This position also serves as a technical advisor in support of digital marketing initiatives such as Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Digital Advertising platforms. Additionally, it entails managing the website infrastructure in collaboration with the internal IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to comprehend project specifications, objectives, and targets tailored to distinct business units within the organization.
  • Design, develop, and sustain high-quality web applications utilizing the .NET 6 framework, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Implement visually engaging front-end designs and user interfaces that reflect the organization's brand identity and digital marketing objectives.
  • Utilize CMS for effective content management and dynamic web experiences.
  • Integrate web applications with SAP, Salesforce, and various marketing technologies, including analytics tools, email marketing platforms, and personalization engines, adhering to CMS 12 best practices.
  • Enhance web applications for performance, responsiveness, and search engine optimization (SEO) to boost the organization's online visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure flawless functionality across various browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing analysts, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
  • Stay updated with emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies to propose enhancements and drive innovation in digital marketing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to web applications and marketing integrations to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in an agile development environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a .NET Web Developer, with a portfolio showcasing web applications or projects utilizing the .NET framework.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) for integration with marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and associated Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and relevant frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with CMS tools.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and concepts.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating successful web development projects.
