We are seeking a skilled Developer to engage in a vibrant development and support atmosphere, directly interfacing with clients. This role is integral to our rapidly advancing technology group, delivering top-notch solutions to our esteemed Wall Street clientele.

Our diverse array of trading products, encompassing Equities, Options, Futures, FX, and more, presents a wealth of technical opportunities. Ideal candidates should possess a fervor for swiftly learning and designing innovative technologies and methodologies, integrating them into practical solutions. Team members are involved in the comprehensive software lifecycle, including design, development, and support of both new and existing software components.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are in search of Developers to manage client interactions, investigate and resolve issues, and contribute to support-related development within a large-scale, state-of-the-art multi-asset order management system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop tailored features and enhancements using Java, Scala, and Linux.
  • Create software monitoring and testing solutions.
  • Provide general application support and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct issue investigations utilizing system logs, source code inspection, and database querying.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science.
  • A minimum of three years of software development experience in Scala/Java.
  • Proficiency in concurrent programming.
  • Experience with the Linux/Unix command-line environment.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Buy-Side Order Management experience.
