Service Department Lead

As a Service Lane Manager at Genesis of Charlotte, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department and leading a team of service advisors and technicians.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a service department management role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. They should also have strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of service advisors
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and ensure timely completion of services
- Monitor service lane performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues
- Train and mentor service department staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a service department management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
