About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Services department, you will be responsible for coordinating all guest reservation systems, ensuring the effectiveness of our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

About the Role

  • Develop operational expertise in reservation systems for tour bookings and event ticketing
  • Handle POS ticketing system to ensure accurate transactions
  • Coordinate reports for daily operations and special events headcount
  • Troubleshoot protocols and coordinate communication between IT teams and reservation system vendors
  • Lead the Reservations team and welcome center associates

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience with or capacity to learn Point of Sale system and reservation system
  • Ability to take initiative with required tasks, delivering results
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • At least one year of experience in customer care

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
