Job Description

New Season Treatment Centers is a leading national healthcare service provider of outpatient treatment centers specializing in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

As a RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations of the treatment center, ensuring the delivery of quality care to patients and adherence to therapeutic standards.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct supervision of the lead nurse and other nursing staff in the center.
  • Ensures the accurate administration of medications, oversees the inventory and fee collection balancing, and maintains a safe and clean working environment.
  • Coordinates care with outside physicians to ensure proper protocols are followed for patients.
  • Provides training and continuing education to nurses and tracks and monitors pharmacy reports for trends.
  • Available on-call for consultation of patient evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state in which work is being performed.
  • 3+ years of progressive professional-level experience in the Nursing field.
  • Knowledge and skill in the application of professional nursing theory, medications, and infection control.
  • Ability to organize assigned work, make verbal/written reports and documentation, and maintain nursing records and charts.
Working Conditions:

The RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations will work in an open work area with moderate everyday noise and will be required to travel up to 10%.

Mental Activities:

The RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations will be required to resolve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions, and maintain confidentiality.

Language Ability:

The RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations will be required to read, analyze, and interpret general healthcare journals, professional journals, and technical procedures, and will be able to write reports and medical correspondence.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

The RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations will be required to stand most of the time, exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise.

Available On-Call:

The RN Supervisor - Clinical Pharmacy Operations will be available on-call for consultation of patient evaluations.
