Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for implementing food safety and quality processes and procedures, training and managing quality auditors, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, direct, and train employees to achieve quality standards
  • Manage product quality and create an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results
  • Consult with management, providing leadership on quality and food safety in the manufacturing facility
  • Oversee sanitation procedures and food safety
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of a variety of products, which may include but not limited to, pork, beef, chicken, and nuts
  • Must be open to relocation
