Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, banquet, and bar areas, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Hire, train, and develop Food and Beverage front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as needed, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and attendance, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Create and manage employee work schedules on a shift basis, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
- Perform various Food and Beverage line-level duties as needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and flexibility.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; some colleges prefer it.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- All rest and meal breaks are paid.
