About the Role:
As a Senior Education Food Sales Representative with the Affinity Group, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies to increase market share in the K-12 education sector. This role requires a strong understanding of foodservice operations and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or distribution sales, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the K-12 education sector
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, including school administrators and foodservice directors
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or hospitality
- 3-5 years of experience in foodservice brokerage or distribution sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, the Affinity Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
