Amentum seeks a highly skilled Administrative Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of program administrative functions of a DoD organization.

This individual will provide comprehensive support to senior management and staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing planning assistance to senior management and staff members, including time management, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Planning, organizing, and maintaining accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems for important documents, correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assisting in maintaining records, databases, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and assisting in budget monitoring and financial record-keeping tasks.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of organizational events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Coordinating logistics, such as venue bookings, catering arrangements, and audiovisual equipment setup.
  • Assisting in the coordination and tracking of various projects and initiatives within the organization.
  • Providing administrative support to project teams as needed.
  • Providing general support and assistance to other team members and departments as required.

This position may require up to 20% travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree, in lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant experience will suffice.
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant for General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph.

US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
