Project Support Coordinator Role

Connection is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, validating tickets, and ensuring seamless communication with customers, service partners, and project team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate hardware replacement tickets and related service types, capturing details and following standard procedures.
  • Create and manage tickets & orders within Connection's ticketing & order processing system.
  • Manage client hardware asset management database and software asset management database.
  • Assist with managing escalated customer issues and maintaining relevant service ticket updates.
  • Monitor outbound shipments and ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and special project tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Previous Customer Service or Administration support experience.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong keyboarding skills, typing/data entry, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under supervision.
