Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach ED to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach ED, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to new nurses as they transition into their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily coaching and feedback to orientees, focusing on critical thinking and patient care decisions
  • Guide clinical discussions and use evidence-based practice to inform patient care decisions
  • Coordinate orientees' schedules to ensure timely completion of orientation activities
  • Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
