Job Summary:

The Clinical Outcomes Specialist is a key member of the Department of Clinical Excellence at LifeBridge Health, responsible for improving quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization. This part-time position requires a Master's or Doctoral prepared Registered Nurse who can function as a resource to nurses and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to positively influence nursing care delivery.
  • Lead sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum.
  • Apply influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
  • MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam.
  • 5-7 years of relevant acute care experience.
  • American Heart Association BLS Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
  • Experience with Psychiatric patients a plus.
