- Collaborate with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff to initiate and develop treatment planning goals.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under the direction of the treatment supervisor.
- Manage client files, communicate with referral sources, and participate in treatment team meetings.
- Complete family sessions, prepare utilization reviews, and attend trainings as necessary.
- Active statewide clinical license or certification by a statewide certification board.
- Master's Degree in a human services area and working towards certification or a statewide clinical license.
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services area and working towards certification.
- Associate's Degree in a human services area and working towards certification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and working towards certification.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse and a degree from an accredited school of nursing.
