Job Title:

IT System Administrator

About the Role:

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for managing the UKG Enterprise Solution suite, including UKG WFM, UKG PRO, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. This role will oversee the UKG production and test environments, lead Release Management tasks to configure, test, and promote new application enhancements and feature updates to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for configuration, testing, and technical systems administration for all end-to-end functional components within UKG PRO, WFM, Dimensions, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management.
  • Maintains strong content expertise in Time & Attendance, Payroll Processing, HRIS, Compensation, Leave & Benefit Plan Administration & Reporting.
  • System Configuration: Customize, configure, test, and deploy UKG application features, roles, and interfaces according to documented requirements to align with organizational workflows and policies.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Information Systems or related field required or 6 years related/similar industry experience.
  • UKG or Ultimate Software System Administration experience minimum 3 years required.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
