XpertTech is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will focus on delivering high-performance System-on-Chip (SoC) designs, utilizing expertise in Synthesis/STA, Physical Design, and Timing Analysis.
As a Senior Design Engineer at XpertTech, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing complex SoC designs, ensuring high performance, low power, and low area.
- Creating and managing Static Design Constraints (SDCs) to optimize timing and clock domain crossing issues.
- Analyzing and resolving timing-related issues using Primetime/Tempus tools and ECO implementation techniques.
- Implementing multi-mode, multi-corner static timing analysis (STA) and full-chip timing sign-off.
- Utilizing scripting languages like TCL, Perl, or Python to automate design flows and improve productivity.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also contribute to the development of complex top/block-level ECO implementations, focusing on setup/hold/cap pulse width checks, AOCV/POCV concepts, and clock reconvergence pessimism removal.
This position offers an estimated salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development within XpertTech. Required Skills and Qualifications:
