Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer policy modification requests.
  • Confirm contact details, policy specifics, coverage options, and email addresses during each customer interaction, ensuring accurate updates.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services for our clients.
  • Ensure that coverage options meet agency standards and are clearly communicated to clients.
  • Coordinate appointments for sales representatives with prospective clients.
  • Address all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries promptly.
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries, rate adjustments, and policy issues.
