Role Overview
As a Program Manager specializing in Technical Solutions, you will oversee the delivery of initiatives aimed at enhancing the scalability and ongoing refinement of Docusign's go-to-market (GTM) processes and applications. Your collaboration with Docusign's GTM and agile teams will be pivotal in executing projects that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Docusign's operational framework and business requirements, anticipating challenges and opportunities to propel the program forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans and guide Product and Engineering teams to meet established milestones and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings utilizing agile methodologies to ensure timely and quality solutions.
- Work alongside Quality Assurance and DevOps teams to establish robust testing and launch protocols, including backup and recovery strategies.
- Evaluate business needs and assess potential returns on investment.
- Create user stories in Jira and manage the product backlog effectively.
- Engage in organizational change initiatives and support launch activities.
- Draft program documentation, including manifestos, stakeholder maps, and maintain a centralized repository for project information.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and leverage appropriate technologies to facilitate integration and collaboration.
- Identify and manage project risks through effective communication and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct quarterly review sessions for senior management.
Work Arrangement
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. Regular access to an office location is necessary.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of project management experience in high-tech or subscription software environments.
- Experience with agile scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to representing business users while balancing technology team needs.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in technical contexts with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) setting.
- Proven track record of delivering results and following through on commitments.
- Outstanding presentation capabilities.
- Proactive in managing ad-hoc projects.
