Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager with a strong background in security/software engineering to lead company-wide technology programs and compliance projects. This role involves initiating programs/projects, driving teams towards meeting business goals with robust analytical and technical acumen, and building automated dashboards for program visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and lead programs/projects focusing on alignment, planning, and cross-functional support.
  • Conduct Steering Committee meetings for decision making, removing obstacles, and addressing issues.
  • Drive and manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide ongoing program status through effective reporting mechanisms.
  • Build automated dashboards for enhanced program visibility using tools like Looker, Tableau, connecting with Google Sheets, Asana, and Airtable.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in security/software engineering.
  • Proficient in program/project management tools (Google Sheets, Asana, Airtable) and dashboards (Looker/Tableau).
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in technology or security program management highly preferred.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
