Responsibilities:
  • Designing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive financial planning strategies for clients.
  • Conducting financial analyses and research on various personal wealth management topics, including retirement, investments, estate planning, tax strategies, debt management, and insurance.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for clients and prospects.
  • Supporting the Founder in managing the existing client portfolio, including meetings and financial reviews.
  • Maintaining precise and current client records using Salesforce and managing portfolio data with Orion.
  • Assisting the Lead Advisor in generating new business through prospecting and nurturing future leads.
  • Participating in client meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
  • Communicating investment recommendations based on advisor insights.
  • Conducting client calls and meetings as needed.
  • Ensuring that financial modeling aligns with actual investment strategies.
  • Gathering and analyzing client data to uncover planning opportunities.
  • Continuously enhancing professional knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning.
  • CFP or CPA designation is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM and financial planning tools such as Salesforce, Orion, Hidden Levers, DocuSign, and eMoney.
  • Experience with Schwab and Fidelity is preferred.
