This position demands a proactive attitude, exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating, executing, and overseeing integrated financial planning strategies for clients.
  • Conducting financial analyses and research related to various personal wealth management topics, including retirement planning, investment strategies, estate management, tax considerations, debt oversight, and insurance.
  • Creating financial reports and presentations tailored for clients and potential clients.
  • Supporting the Founder in managing the existing client portfolio, which includes client meetings, portfolio assessments, and financial planning.
  • Maintaining precise and current client records in Salesforce and managing portfolio information in Orion.
  • Assisting the Lead Advisor in generating new business through prospecting and nurturing next-generation leads.
  • Engaging in client meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.
  • Communicating investment recommendations based on advisor guidance.
  • Conducting client phone consultations and meetings as required.
  • Ensuring that plan modeling aligns with actual portfolio and investment strategies.
  • Collecting and analyzing client data to uncover planning opportunities.
  • Continuously enhancing expertise and skills through professional development and training.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

  • Effectively prioritize and manage workload to guarantee quality and efficiency; adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Ensure all personal work complies with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in a professional and caring manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with diverse personalities.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning.
  • CFP or CPA designation (Required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM and financial planning tools (SalesForce, Orion, Hidden Levers, DocuSign, eMoney).
  • Experience with Schwab and Fidelity is preferred.
