Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, including prior experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis function
  • Advanced analysis skills, forecasting/outlooking, and complex modeling
  • Excellent ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions
  • Capability to connect the dots to ensure processes are integrated
  • Experience operating in ambiguous situations, creating process enhancements that address short-term needs while moving closer to a longer-term vision
  • Ability to plan and organize efficiently and effectively
  • Sound ability to collaborate well with associates and leadership throughout the firm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, OneStream or another financial planning tool
  • Advanced Degree (MBA / MSF) / Comparable Certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.)
